We believe that all Canadians want to live meaningful lives, build better ones for their children, and take ownership of their futures and their communities. We believe these profound aspirations are also embraced by the black women community in Canada. BWBN therefore needs more fearless approaches to socio-economic change, black female empowerment and believes there is a need to take risks on new ideas and approaches, and partner across sectors with people and organizations that share our fervor to engage citizens and change black women situation in Canada for the better, today.
