A comprehensive mentorship experience designed specifically for Black women entrepreneurs looking to grow and scale their businesses.

Peer Mentoring Groups

Join a group of 8 like-minded entrepreneurs guided by an experienced mentor using WeBC's proven Peer Mentoring Model™.

9 Structured Sessions

Two-hour sessions held weekly or bi-weekly, designed to provide consistent support and accountability.

Action Learning Approach

Work through real business challenges in real time with solutions-based problem solving techniques.

In-Person Workshop

Eligibility Criteria

We're looking for dedicated entrepreneurs ready to invest in their growth journey alongside a supportive community.

Self-identify as a Black woman entrepreneur
Own or operate a business in British Columbia
Committed to attending 9 bi-weekly or weekly sessions
Ready to actively participate and support fellow mentees
Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
